Levels of participation in the loyalty program

Club level

o Issued upon the first arrival, when filling out a questionnaire at the front desk of the reception and accommodation service.

Privilege:

  • Complementary Internet access.
  • Reservation of a room with a 7% discount on the rate for members of the loyalty program
  • 5% discount on food and non-alcoholic drinks
  • 5% discount on conference room and event equipment rental

Silver level

o Issued when accumulating on a personal account from 9 nights, or from 6 stays.

Privilege:

  • Complementary Internet access.
  • Booking a room with a 7% discount on the rate for members of the loyalty program.
  • 8% discount on food services and soft drinks.
  • 8% discount on laundry service
  • 10% discount on conference room and event equipment rental.

Gold level

o Issued upon accumulation on a personal account of 30 nights or 20 stays.

Privilege:

  • Complementary Internet access.
  • Booking a room with a 7% discount on the rate for members of the loyalty program.
  • 15% discount on food services and soft drinks.
  • 15% discount on laundry service
  • 15% discount on conference room and event equipment rental services.
  • Welcome compliment to the guest's choice from the proposed list.
  • Complimentary breakfast for a loyalty program member and his family, provided they stay in the same room.
  • Room upgrade for unbooked upgraded rooms on the day of check-in
  • Early check-in from 09:00, subject to the availability of clean rooms of the booked category at the time of check-in. In case of absence - priority early check-in by hotel staff if possible.
  • Guaranteed late check-out until 4:00 pm

Platinum Level

o Issued upon accumulation on a personal account of 55 nights or 30 stays.

Privilege:

  • Complementary Internet access.
  • Booking a room with a 7% discount on the rate for members of the loyalty program.
  • 20% discount on food services and soft drinks.
  • 20% discount on laundry service
  • 20% discount on conference room and event equipment rental.
  • Welcome compliment to the guest's choice from the proposed list.
  • Complimentary breakfast for a loyalty program member and his family, provided they stay in the same room.
  • Daily discount of 500 rubles for catering services at the Steakhouse restaurant or at the Terrace restaurant. The number of discounts corresponds to the number of paid nights. The discount amount is not cumulative during the stay. The discount is only available on a daily basis. If the discount is not used on the current day, the bonus of 500 rubles for catering services will expire.
  • Upgrade to room category if there are unbooked upgraded rooms on the day of check-in.
  • Early check-in from 09:00, subject to the availability of clean rooms of the booked category at the time of check-in. In case of absence - priority early check-in by hotel staff if possible.
